   I mix this with protein powder and powdered peanut butter in a tall glass using 1% milk. Usually 1.5 scoops of this stuff. Mixes decent, some small clumps always left over. Big clumps don’t taste great but it’s tolerable. I mix with a spoon, in a blender (or in hot liquid) it might mix entirely. It’s also competing with other ingredients in my shakes and the milk can only dissolve so much. I haven’t used any other similar collagen powders so I can’t compare, but it mixes about as well as hoped so I’ll likely buy again.

   Update: I’ve found it mixes very well into warm/hot liquids. My wife makes me hot chocolate with this stuff and it disappears and adds no flavor. Since discovering that I have been consuming more regularly and I’ve gotta say I think it’s helping. Hard to tell, could just be me using better form or getting stronger in general, but my joints don’t have that “stressed” feeling to them anymore, even after heavy sets and ROM work like incline curls or cable overhead extensions. Hopefully it keeps up, maybe I’ll come back and throw a 5th star on.

   But, full honesty, I put it in a jug that holds 60oz of water. So, it has ample dissolving opportunity.
