   I liked this protein powder. This protein powder mixes well without leaving any lumps. I love adding this protein powder to berry smoothies; it goes really well with raspberries or strawberries. I also note that there are only 100 calories in one serving.

   This is a pretty easy review period the banana flavored way isolate from amazing muscle is overall a great protein and a good value. Honestly, the worst thing about this protein is the taste. It’s not that it tastes bad, but it just doesn’t taste great. Banana is a really hard flavor to do well and this protein suffers from that. On the other hand, the protein that they use is very high quality and as you can see from my nutrition breakdown, this mix is almost 90% protein by calories. That’s very high in case you are wondering. The protein itself mixes fairly thin, so it’s sort of “invisible” if you mix it with other items. It won’t make anything thicker so it gives you a lot of opportunities. I have been mixing this with equal parts of a chocolate protein mix that is thicker and chocolatey, and the combination of flavors is fantastic. So, I would call this somewhat versatile because it mixes with a lot of other things well including fruit smoothies. In summary, while I’m not blown away by the taste, the high level of quality ingredients makes it great.

   This is an excellent product, tastes good, dissolves quickly and without any clumps. 25g of protein is right on spot and the standard amount to get per serving in such protein powder. The price is reasonable as well, taking into account that it’s protein isolate, costing you $1.30 per milk shake. I like vanilla flavor because it’s sort of neutral and works well for simple protein shakes with just a cup of milk in a spring shaker. This can is about 1 kg and will last for a month if you make one shake a day. Protein isolate also works perfectly for smoothies – I usually take a half of a banana, a handful of frozen fruits, and a large cup of milk with a spoon of protein and mix it in a mixer. This makes an exceptional protein meal that you drink in the morning instead of breakfast on the go. Please note that this is protein ISOLATE, not concentrate. I only use isolates for my protein shakes. The main difference between whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate lies in the amount of protein contained per scoop of protein powder. Isolates are processed and filtered to contain about 65 percent protein per three scoops, with the majority of the fat and lactose removed. In contrast, concentrates contain anywhere from 25 to 89 percent protein, with fat and carbohydrates comprising the remaining macro-nutrients. In addition to having a lower total carbohydrate content, whey isolate also has lower lactose content. This means that it could be a better choice for those who are lactose intolerant. Isolates tend to be a more expensive whey protein option due to their high percentage of protein, but they are definitely worth it. Bottom line: This Amazing Muscle protein powder is an excellent whey protein isolate product. It has 25g of protein per serving, dissolves quickly without clumps, and has a reasonable price of $1.30 per protein shake. The vanilla flavor is neutral and works well for simple protein shakes or smoothies. The 1kg can lasts about a month. Whey protein isolate is more processed and contains a higher percentage of protein compared to concentrate, making it a better choice for those who are lactose intolerant. Highly recommended, 5 starts product! Pros: 1. 25g of protein per serving. 2. Dissolves quickly without clumps. 3. Reasonably priced at $1.30 per shake. 4.    Good tasting protein powder. It is a whey protein isolate, which means it is produced from milk and the resulting whey goes through further processing to isolate the protein from the other components, the result is it has a higher protein concentration than whey concentrate, and has less carbs, fat and lactose. My bottle had two seals, an inner lid seal and an outer plastic safety seal. The inner freshness seal was loose on one edge on the bottle I received, this could have been a result of some of the powder having accumulated on the lip of the bottle or an incomplete sealing process. Hopefully the manufacturer will resolve this issue. The product still looked fine and was fresh, I haven’t found the scoop yet, but will keep looking as I use it.

   The ingredients for this protein shake are pretty good. It’s made in the USA and offers the 25g of protein per serving. It’s advertised as having zero fat, but it also lacks decent flavor. It’s needs a bit more sweetness to make it more digestible. So sure it has less fat, but you’re giving up some good flavor with it. Otherwise it’s a decent protein shake at an okay price.

   Protein profile and ingredients list is good. However, the flavor is terrible in water. It’s really 4 stars for the protein, 1-2 stars for the flavor. So it gets 2.5-3 stars overall. The flavor is not banana enough. You’d think they’d hide it with more sweetness like other brands (not necessarily a good thing, just pointing out that this would’ve been the typical move) but this isn’t even all that sweet either. I’ll use it up for “function” but it’s not going to be my future go-to. I’ll have to blend it up into a fruit smoothie or something. I always try a new protein out plain in water to see if I like the overall flavor. So, this fails in plain water.

   Protein is essential for building strong muscles. Whey protein, in particular, contains types of amino acids that are great for muscles. Both whey concentrate and isolate will digest in the body at the same rate/speed and also contain the same amounts of amino acids (building blocks of proteins). Isolate contains a slightly higher level of protein content per serving, so naturally, it will have a slightly higher amount of amino acids per serving. Dangers of whey protein include stomach pains and cramps when consumed at high doses. Some people who are allergic to milk may be specifically allergic to whey. In moderate doses, whey protein does not typically cause any adverse events. At $80 for 75 servings it is a little pricey but it does state it is domestically made at Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility. GPM is a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to high quality standards!

    When it comes to proteins the first thing we always notice is the flavor. With this product however it’s a bit more about the lack of flavor. The banana is extremely light. Imagine putting 1/4 of a bana into a cup of milk and blending it. That’s roughly this. But it is a very authentic banana flavor, not super artificial as some products have.

    As to the nutritional aspects, this protein is fantastic. 100% instantized whey isolate is very high quality protein to use and it has basically nothing else besides protein. 25g protein, 3g carb, 0g fat. That is extremely lean for a protein.

    Add a few berries to this and a packet of splenda and you have a tasty shake – or use it in pancakes to add a little flavor and a lot of healthy protein. It’s easy to use this as there’s no objectionable flavor – but it does need a bit of something added to make it taste a bit better. I have lots of protein powders and fruits and sugar free syrups around at all times, so that’s an easy thing for me to fix. If you are very limited on your protein purchasing, this may not be the one for you. If you like a very light protein that goes down easy, this may be your best pick.

    I’ve never used whey protein isolate powder before, and work out routinely, so I thought I’d try this product by Amazing Muscle. The 5 lb bottle contains a generous amount of protein, 25g, with only 100 calories per dose, mixes well and tastes pretty good. The strawberry flavor is mild and I liked it. Since I also mix up a pre-workout drink, with added ice, I decided to use small, ziplock plastic bags and bag up the whole container, so I could just bring the powder I need, add water and mix and drink it after my workout using the same water bottle. I filled each scoop, but not 100%. I didn’t want to spill any and its not that easy anyway with such a big bottle. I figured a slightly smaller portion would be fine. After bagging, I decided to count the bags. Wow! I got 59 servings! Huh!? I was hoping for 73, but it should have been a bit more than 73, since my scoops were not level to the top. That makes this pricier than I originally thought. It works out to $1.36 vs. $1.10 per serving. Not huge, but not OK either. I deducted just one star for shorting me two weeks worth. Maybe it should be more stars removed, but I’m really happy with everything else about it. So, it’s about $40 a month. If you are OK with that, then cool! Go for it!

    I have been using this protein isolate in my post workout shakes, it has a perfect amount of protein per serving at 25g which is what I prefer. It blends easily, and in a shaker cup does not precipitate out easily unless it has been sitting for a really long time. This review is for the vanilla flavor which tastes great (more neutral, than strong vanilla flavor) and goes well with a wide variety of ingredients from fruit shakes to ones that are plant based. I have been typically doing heavy on kale and spinach to keep the sugars from fruits down.
