   I grabbed this for my wife to try as she was looking to try some protein. Turns out she does’nt like caramel flavor drinks, so here I am drinking it. I actually like the taste mixed with water. It’s a mild caramel flavor, kind of like that left over ice water from a Frappuccino. Mix this with some skim milk and it will improve the taste. Don’t compare this with ready to drink protein, because the taste is far inferior to those. I drink a lot of protein, so I’m always looking for a good sale. That said, some protein flavors are gross, but I will drink it down anyway. This protein is not gross, just not as sweet as some other ones. I also like that this uses whey protein isolate. That digest a lot faster and gives less indigestion. It is also a lot more costly then regular whey protein. I take one star off, because calories are a little bit high for the amount of protein and cost. I add one star because of the enzymes and probiotics. Good protein for woman!!!!

   This powder was easy to mix. I just used a blender bottle and had good results when using milk or water. I tried it with water, but found the flavor comes out a bit too watered down. It helps to use a little less liquid, or more powder. Using milk improves the flavor profile, and makes the drink a little more shake like. The Steviol and Monk Fruit sweeteners don’t come off as artificial sweeteners. They did a good job balancing it.

   This salted caramel whey protein powder
   Is really tasty. I am an avid weight lifter, so I eat a high-protein diet. I always have a whey protein shake after the gym, so I’ve tried a lot of protein powders. I really like this one. The texture is smooth and creamy without any chalkiness. The salted caramel flavor is really tasty. It tastes almost buttery, sort of like butterscotch. I always mix my protein with coconut or oat milk in the blender, with half an avocado and a few ice cubes after the gym. When I bring a protein shake with me to work I mix it in a shaker cup with plant-based milk. Either way, this protein powder tastes great and mixes easily. The macros profile is on point with 23G protein, 2 net carbs, 120 cals and no artificial sweeteners. I appreciate the added probiotics and enzymes to ease bloating and aid in nutrient absorption and digestion. For the price, this whey protein is more expensive than others, which may be a turn-off to consumers. With the added probiotics, though, I feel this product replaces the need for a separate daily probiotic pill, so in that sense, this is a good value. I’d order this protein again, look forward to trying other flavors from the brand.

   I regularly drink protein shakes after workouts and from a nutritional stand point with 23 grams of protein, this is right in line with what I expect. This is also had the addition of probiotics which for me personally wasn’t a plus but might be for some. My only real issue with this product is Stevia.

   I have yet to find a palatable product that includes Stevia and this one is no exception. The initial taste is caramel which quickly gives way to Stevia’s characteristic overly sweet, chemically taste. The ingredients list also includes monk fruit so I’m not sure why they had to also include Stevia.

   Now there are no shortage of products sweetened with Stevia so apparently there are many people who are down with it. If Stevia isn’t an issue for you, then I expect you will not take issues with this protein powder’s taste.

   This has a good amount of protein and is fairly blendable. The taste is a little weird to me, but I don’t often do whey protein, so it is probably in line with other brands. It does give me good energy throughout the morning.
