The only good thing I can say about this protein powder is it gives me a good filling amount of protein. The flavor is non existing, it is red though! I also have to fill my shaker only half full, shake, wait 10 minutes for the foam to calm down, then fill my shaker full and shake again. If I don’t the powder doesn’t mix in fully.
