   I have this for breakfast every single morning and it is great! I mix with almond milk and it is a super easy way to get a lot of protein in your diet.    Did not care for the smell or the taste!! Today is the first time we used it and I was thirsty all day. When I got home I checked the sodium and it is a woppin 360 vs. 170 in the “other” brand we have been using. Feel like we have to use it because it wasn’t cheap but we will NOT buy it again nor do I recommend it!!

   Decent taste, powder has a lot of static, but super expensive. There are many other vegan proteins you can purchase for a much better price to content ratio.
