Seems on par to me with the rest of the GOLD series line. No complaints from me. I train at nights and make a shake with this before bed. The Chocolate mixes well and tastes good too. I usually mix it with half milk/water, or just water. Both have been tasty.

This has the be the best bang for your buck casine protein I’ve tried. While I do use a blender bottle and I shook the container on arrival to help with clumps just in case, so far no clumps and the taste is just fine. It’s very neutral on smell/taste, but I think when it first came in and I opened it, it smelled quite weird. It comes with a big scooper inside. Awesome product!
