   First off I will say this is the best tasting protein/weight gainer I’ve had, in my opinion. With that being said though it does leave a sugary aftertaste in my mouth that kind of lingers for a little bit. I don’t even use the full serving either, I will do one scoop a couple times a day to intake some extra calories.

   If you are trying to use a shaker cup using this product I wouldn’t even bother. It does not mix well at all unless you use a blender. If you’re using a blender bottle it will clump up and stick to the ball no matter how hard you shake the damn thing. Those would be my only gripes that I’ve experienced with this, but other than that I actually really enjoy the taste. The container was literally filled to the very top when first opened. Overall and so far I would recommend this product unless you do not like something that feels too sweet after you had it.

   pretty easy to digest, I do a 2000 calorie shake for 2 days.
   4 scoops 1000 calories, 2 cups soy/rice milk 400 calories, say 1/2 a Mellon/ 3 bananas 300 calories, 1/2 a cup hemp seed.
   Find it much better with soy/ rice milk, cow milk is really bad for you in any case.
   I would get the fruit flavored ones, they are healthier.

   ist schnell leer das es bei dem preis schon ein echter luxus ist ! . hab viele andere gainer auch probiert aber geschmacklich war es das beste das ich je hatte. Ist ähnlich dem stratiatella eis . ist eh überall das gleiche drin aber geschmacklich ist der sehr gut könnt gleich 1 einhalb liter trinken aber des geht schon ins geld !die meisten anderen schmecken nicht oder sie schm. zu künstlich oder zu viel zucker manchmal auch alles 3 ! da weiß man warum mann bei dem mehr zahlt es giebt bei dem nichts zu bemängeln , zucker dosis in O und geschmack sehr gut aber bischen teuer schade hatte 2011 45 euro bezahlt

   El producto es buenisimo, se ve la diferencia inmediatamente el sabor es super delicioso pero llevo seis mas de seis meses comprendolo por $39 y en cosa de un dia para otro que $79 me parece abusivo que hayan aumentado tanto en tan poco tiempo

   This product used to be 5 stars all-around, but not anymore. An 11 pound container used to cost $40. Now it’s $80. That’s a ridiculous price increase. Super disappointed.

    Oversized packaging, could probably make it cheaper for consumers by using different container. I got cookies and cream it wasn’t enjoyable, flavor itself wasn’t terrible but the cookies are very chewy and clump up if you’re not blending. Needs to many scoops compared to similar products making the larger size not matter as it lasted near as long as my other protein. Gains wise; I did not lose any gains, was able to maintain my weight at the least and build muscle, it isn’t a terrible powder, easy to digest and fills you up but made me a little bloated. Decent for muscle growth but I think I would only get this in sale for 40$ like I did. If priced over 50$ I don’t think it’s worth it.
