   I love this protein powder! I wish it came non flavored as well because I’d put it in my morning coffee if I could. It blends with no gritty residue. Obviously, there’s an artificial strawberry flavor but I don’t think it tastes chemical or off putting at all. I struggle to get enough protein as a woman in my mid 40s and this is the perfect supplement to getting to my goals.

   A friend got this for me as a gift to try! Taste is pretty good and the texture is like juice, not gritty at all. 21 grams of protein for one scoop is great! I would recommend adding more water than the instructions tell you, I did about 20 ounces. It was too concentrated with less water and the flavor is better with more water!

   Did not taste like what I expected, a natural strawberry flavor. It took a while for old memories to be dredged up for me to place the taste. It tastes like those candies my grandmother had, Strawberry Bon Bons, to the extreme. It’s that same strange artificial strawberry candy tastes with a tiny touch of bitter. Once I placed the taste, I liked it, but it was a bit shocking on the first sip. I love that I can mix it in water as is, and have a strange, yet tasty drink that’s plant-based with only 90 calories and 21 grams of protein. If they made a butterscotch version, they would be well on their way to starting a grandparent candy lineup.

   Dieting isn’t new to me and I’ve tested all sorts of different drinkable proteins and Outlier Protein is by far the most delicious I have tried! If you are looking to get more protein but sick of eating it, this is the way to go! If you are looking to have your kids eat more protein but not sure they will like it, this is the way to go! My nutritionist has finally stopped giving me grief to eat more protein since I’ve been using this product. I add 1/2 scoop to my 30oz water bottle 4x a day. Makes my water more delicious to drink and adding in 40g of protein which allows me to eat more carbs and fat w/o going over my calories. Thank you Outlier for making such an amazing product!

   Mixed pretty well into water but was not clear even with more water than recommend. The initial taste was pretty okay but the aftertaste was a really strong chemical flavor. Couldn’t finish more than a couple sips.

   I was very surprised with how well the powder blended with water. There was no grainy or chalky texture. It tastes just like koolaid to me and has that fruity tang to it. My critique would be that it is on the sweeter side but you can dilute it using more water and a squeeze of lemon. Overall, great product that’s easy and delicious!

    DO NOT BUY. First off I had to dig at least halfway through the powder just to find the scoop. I took one sip and it tasted terrible. The strawberry flavor doesn’t taste remotely close to strawberry. It’s too sweet and tastes too sugary with fake sugars. There is a weird taste at the end of the sip (not totally an after taste). The smell is a huge turnoff. Plus the mixer cup I made it in, absorbed the smell when I opened it. The smell lingered in the cup after I had poured it out. It still smelled after putting a different drink in my cup. I washed it and then it started to smell better but still lingered. Will NEVER buy again. What a waste of money. I can’t even give it away
