Good quality collagen with no weird taste. Have tried various ones, some taste burned, which is really awful. It’s best to mix it in water, but anything that has no sugar is OK, as the sugar will bind to the collagen and ruin it’s value. Really helped my painful knees feel much better. FYI, natural stuff takes time, so give it at least 2 weeks to help.
