After forcing myself to finish one of these drinks I went for something like four or five hours without any desire to eat, which is unusual for me as I usually get the munchies within about 3 hours of my first meal.
Unfortunately I wasn’t kidding when I said forcing myself to finish one of these. I didn’t find the taste at all appealing, it was a bit chalky tasting, and there was an unpleasant aftertaste.
Other than that I didn’t notice any particular positives or negatives, so I can’t say I would tell you not to take it and I can’t say I would recommend it. I’ll leave it to you as to whether you like the taste and see any benefits.
I hope this helps. Thanks for reading and liking.

This is some of the better plant based protein powder I’ve tried. It tastes amazing, not too sweet, not gritty or chalky, and I love the single-serve pouches.
Each bag contains a whopping 21g of protein, and I like the addition of the arginine, citrulline, and pomegranate to boost nitric oxide.
That being said, the arginine and citrulline dosage is pretty low (this is typically taken as several grams), and a tiny amount of pomegranate fruit powder won’t do much for you.
Ultimately, I see this as a very convenient and delicious plant-based protein powder, but the nitric oxide booster is trivial.
If you’re looking for tasty single-serve protein powder, this is a great choice, and who knows, maybe the small amount of arginine is also offering some additional workout benefits.

This protein powder isn’t very good. It is chocolate-flavored, but there is a very strong sour aftertaste, which isn’t something I usually get from stevia-sweetened products. After the first swallow it was hard to get down because of the unpleasant taste. On top of that, it wasn’t clear what ingredients were in the powder. There were several places on the package where ingredients were mentioned, but there wasn’t a comprehensive list.
On the bright side, I thought the texture was good and it stirred smoothly into milk with just a spoon. It was easy on my stomach too, and pretty filling. However, that’s not enough to outweigh the bad taste.

Had a very artificial taste that seemed tolerable at first so was trying to drink it anyway for the protein content … but then the weird, almost metallic aftertaste kicked in. That was too much – hard to believe something that tasted that chemically could be healthy to ingest so had to stop drinking it. Had gotten the variety pack and attempted each of the 3 flavors only to have similar experience with each.
