Great value for an iconic brand. After reading some of the reviews that mention the shake can be clumpy, I wanted to share that if you use a mini blender to make the shake, it comes out smooth!
Before blending, I also found that pouring the milk half way in the mini blender cup and then adding the powder and topping off with more milk helps avoid clumping at the bottom.

This milk chocolate high protein powder is highly recommended. It tastes great. I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk which only has 30 calories. Sometimes I also add frozen fruit or peanut butter to mix things up a bit. I really enjoy slim fast shakes and have lost 13lbs in 1 month using them for breakfast and lunch. I have to be honest though…it does NOT keep my full for 4 hours. I’m always hungry 2 1/2 to 3 hours later. I will have a snack which will hold me over but don’t think you can just drink this every 4 hours and it will work like the commercial lol. You have to be sure to have healthy snacks throughout the day and to not overeat at dinner time. This milk chocolate version is the best I’ve tasted.

I love this product. I lost a lot of weight using this for breakfast and lunch and small microwave meal at night (and exercise). They are quite emphatic about one point. This product does not and will not give you 100% of your daily nutritional needs. Some things you need are simply not in there. You need to have real food in your diet also. I use both the regular powder and the high protein powder.
The vanilla flavor is a nice base to build on. For breakfast I often add apricots, strawberries or even chocolate. I also add flax seed for fiber and omega-3. The directions say to mix it with skim milk, but I replace some of the milk with non-fat plain yogurt. It’s a dream.

This is what you should do. Blend 1 cup of crushed ice with 1 cup of Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk and a 1/2 scoop of Slim Fast PROTEIN powder and 1/2 scoop of chocolate Whey Isolate. It tastes absolutely delicious and is around 150 calories. If nothing else use it as a low calorie dessert if you are dieting. You won’t crave sweets or icec-cream after this! I love this Slim Fast product but it has too many carbs – whey isolate does not – best of both worlds when mixed together. Try it you’ll like it. Personally I drink these when trying to lose or maintain my weight and you should get very good results! LOVE IT!
