I’ve had 4 shakes from this bag so far, it tastes great and very filling! I would recommend blending it rather than shaking it as the consistency is drastically different. Shaking it is a little less filling but still does the job and tastes a little sweeter….good for those with a sweet tooth. Blending it gives it a little less sweet taste and feel a bit lighter to drink and REALLY fills you! It’s a little pricey, but I’m still going to order another bag and getting Strawberry this time as well 🙂

I am not a big shake person because I hate the gritty taste…….NO GRITTY TASTE with this!!!!! I absolutely love the taste!!! I also purchased the Salted Caramel flavor. I actually mixed half vanilla and half salted caramel in my shake this morning and love it just as much as I love the products by themselves. I have only mixed with water and it is awesome! I don’t feel hungry and I look forward to drinking the shakes. This is only my second day so I don’t have any results to share at this point, but when I reorder them I will let you know!!!

I love this supplement! I use daily for my morning shake, mix with their collagen product, and added different fruits/vegetables! Even with lots of cycling miles, holds off hunger, great protein to get myself going, and fabulous flavor! I love mixing the vanilla with a great berry mix, but also good alone if you are in a hurry!
