Overall it provides whey protein at a highly reasonable price point. Getting enough protein to build (or maintain muscle as you age is important and there are so many options out there. Because of the price I thought I’d give this a try. Using this about 5 times a week for the last 6 weeks and here is my take:
– Adding to smoothies and it’s a highly filling meal and provides 30g of protein
– The taste and flavor (vanilla) was pretty good (not chalky)
– A bit too much on the sweet side (for my liking)
– For best consistency it’s best to blend vs hand mixing
– I had no issues digestively
– Overall thought it was good and did the job of adding protein to my diet, but didn’t leave me wanting to buy more until I try others
