The protein powder taste pretty good on its own with the vanilla flavoring, and mixes well. It also has 6g of fiber per serving. It isn’t particularly sweet on it’s own, but I like to mix it with peanut butter and honey, so it works fine for me.

I hope this stuff has all the good things in it that it says it does. I’ll keep taking it for a little while to see if it makes any difference in the way I feel. It smells great! It taste terrible! I can usually push through and finish a powder no matter how bad, but this is likely one of the worst ones I’ve tasted. I’m hoping because taste bad, that it’s packed full of good stuff!

I am loving this SaltWrap Protein Clinic shake powder both as an AM smoothie/shake and as a recovery shake after a gym workout. I am lactose intolerant, so I really appreciate that this is plant-based. What I like most, though, is the consistency. This powder Is very finally milled so there is no grainy texture as with many protein powders. Blech! My protein shakes come smooth, thick, and foamy when I use this in my little personal blender with Lactaid milk. I do wish it were a little sweeter, but I add Stevia or sugar to taste.
Ingredients are solid when it comes to protein supplements and muscle recovery. This actually lets me eliminate the collagen peptide powder I was using daily for joint support is this has 15g of collagen peptides. It also has tart cherry, an excellent antioxidant and muscle repair supplement. Vitamins D3 and K2 Support bone health. 33g of protein is an excellent daily goal. I’ve tried a lot of different protein powders and really enjoy this one. It mixes up well with just water or in your ‘milk’ of choice. Tastes amazing. Does the collagen and tart cherry do anything extra? Can’t say I noticed anything, but the protein itself is worth the price of admission.
