I did not use a full scoop as I want it to last but a half of scoop did make a difference in color and taste in my vanilla smoothie. Love the power of fruits and veggies and using the powder can get so many different healthy foods into my one lone smoothie. Love the low calorie and low sodium. Did not use in water as I use this type of product to elevate my morning smoothies. Mixed well and not clumpy.

This powder contains excellent ingredients and I wanted to like it. I tried it first in plain water (one scoop in about 16 oz of cold water). It mixes quite well, which is always good. However, when I went to drink it all I could smell was cauliflower (not THE best aroma for a beverage) but the flavor was pleasant enough. So I figured I’d just mix it into my 32 oz smoothie (I only used a teaspoon and even added extra cacao powder) and all I can taste is the berry flavor from the powder. Good for you or not, I’m not sure that I can get past the flavor/smell. 🙁
