   This is my first time using this protein. I went with the chocolate delight flavor and it taste pretty good, especially since it has 0g of sugar. I work out 6 days a week using free weights and this protein really helped with my recovery. It’s kept my soreness to a minimum. My only complaint is that I ordered the 2lb container and it came in a 4lb container which made it look like it was half empty.
