I got lucky enough to pick this up as my first gainer protein. It works. Combined with a good diet, I’ve put on 10 lbs over the first 3 months of using it without even consistently working out. (Granted the gains were obviously not lean but that is my fault for being inconsistent) This is super valuable to me because getting that extra 500 calories pushes me over my maintenance caloric intake without having to eat to the point that food becomes an unpleasant chore every three hours. Instead I just focus on getting my 30 grams of protein every three hours without trying to cram down a pound of potatoes or pasta as well.
Beyond that, I’ve tried other proteins before an they would always make my stomach bloated and I would be gassy for the rest of the day and would have mild diarrhea. I get none of those things with this shake even on an empty stomach.
It sounds from other reviews that the chocolate flavor isn’t the best. I tried Cookies and Cream first and it’s some of the best tasting protein I’ve ever had. Texture is great too. It’s not sludgy and gross like a lot of others (although, I do mix it with about 12oz of which I believe is more than recommended). Give it a shot! Buy the cookies and cream.

The taste, with milk anyways, is a solid 9/10. With water it’s still not bad closer to 7/10. Overall I’m happy with it. It’s great if you are trying to add some calories without going overboard.

This product works, my sister has put on 7lbs in three weeks. She’s not happy about it because she’s on a diet. I switched it out with her low cal protein powder. I’ll tell her at Christmas, I’m sure we will all laugh about it.

Familiar with supplements (ON Pro Gainer, GNC Whey, Serious Mass) I needed a cheaper mass gainer as Pro is now over $100. Read reviews, researched online a few days before deciding to try this. First order cinnamon toast- it was good I actually enjoyed it and looked forward to drinking it, blended well (been shaking it in a blender bottle without the ball and it isn’t even too chunky) and most importantly I gained weight. Next order was cookies and crème- not as good as cinnamon toast but still really good for a mass gainer same enthusiasm to drink it as the CT but the flavor got old quicker for sure. This product is a steal for the price. 10/10 recommend if I could do fractional stars easy 4.5/5 overall
