This RENEW brand is also available on subscribe and save, so with 15% off, you can get 300g for around $17. The Isopure is 180g, so your cost per gram is much lower on this RENEW brand. The RENEW does not immediately dissolve into my coffee. I use an aerolatte to blend it in. The Isopure dissolves immediately into hot coffee. A quick stir is really all it needs. I really cant tell any difference in taste or texture once both are stirred in.

I have been taking collagen in my morning coffee for almost a year now. I love the benefits and highly recommend this as an additional source of protein. Though you hear how it can help with hair and nails, I can not say I have seen a huge difference there. However, your body does need this. As we age, we produce less and we need it more. This container is smaller then some of my previous ones but only requires one scoop which is a bonus to my previous ones requiring two. It dissolved fairly well in my black coffee and had no real aftertaste. Give it a shot!

   My husband likes the Renew brand but has never tried any of their collage products. He likes that this particular one is from grass-fed cows and has no added ingredient. So, definitely a good product for the strictest Keto or no-fructose diet. Just 100% hydrolized collagen, which is processed to make it easier to digest and absorb. The powder mixes well in our blender and doesn’t leave any gritty texture (pic 01). He likes that this is unflavored so it doesn’t change the taste of the fruits, veggies, and liquid he adds to his smoothie. Recommended.

    I make iced keto coffee every morning. This blends in easily and doesn’t have a taste or a smell. It compares well to another product that I often use. The containers are about the same size (see picture), but it has a different serving size and different amount of protein in a serving. In comparison, 1.5 scoops of the other brand equals about the same protein as one of this. When I compare, this one is .67 per serving and the other brand is .40. So for the sake of economics, I would choose the one that has a lower cost. However, I did like this brand and had no side effects or problems with it at all. The only critique I have is that it doesn’t say which type of peptides this product includes. I know people who want to know those details before purchasing collagen.

    Don’t get me wrong, as a senior I expect to have some wrinkles on my face, but this does seem to smooth out the skin somewhat. Yay! My original thought in taking it was for an improvement in the joints, but that’s less visible. Perhaps it takes longer to feel the benefits there. Anyway, since this is without any taste, I’ve been putting it in my coffee which I take with milk and some cappucino powder. At first, the Collagen Petides clumps up and floats on the top. Some stirring with a whisk took care of that and blended it right in with my hot liquid.

    This product made me LIKE the taste of plain collagen! That may sound weird, idk, but I can just mix this in a little water and it tastes good! Obviously it is unflavored and can be mixed into any food without really changing the flavor of the food but I prefer it plain because I like to enjoy my calories rather than have added calories without any flavor or substance to them, haha. Most will find they don’t notice this at all if they blend it into drinks or food, even a sufficient amount of water. However, if you mix 10 grams with just a few Tablespoons of liquid, it’s quite delicious in a very mild, creamy-nutty, almost kefir-like sort of way. What’s really delicious is adding a serving to about a 1/4 cup of yogurt! It makes it extra creamy and rich. It also seems to really satisfy me if I’m hungry or dieting. Sooo much better than taking collagen capsules! 30 ten gram servings per tub. Very fresh. Zero funny smell or aftertaste like some collagen products. I’m 100% satisfied and would recommend this, especially for first time collagen users. It’s very easy to incorporate into your diet, even if you don’t do smoothies or breakfast. It can be added to literally anything.
