   This stuff is overly sweet for me but I am on a low sugar diet so im not used to it either. I actually put a scoop of this on top of a cup of oatmeal with dark chocolate melted into it. Its my carona apocalypse rations that supply all macro nutrients

   Great low-cal and low-carb alternative. This is very sweet if you use the small amount of water suggested to dilute. Adding more H2O makes it yummy and the Peanut Butter flavour is like drinking a good PB cookie. While I prefer the idea of plant proteins (I don’t eat meat, but find dairy hard to give up), I can’t tolerate plant protein shakes as they taste like vegetables dehydrated and mixed with fake sweet flavours and are insoluble so they also have a gritty texture. Pricey for the size though…

   I’ve been using this product on and off over the past few years. Mostly enjoyed the Banana Nut Bread flavor. However I recently got a couple of tubs of this protein and noticed that it was way more powdery and tasted very artificial at the beginning and then spoiled as an aftertaste. Soon after I was very gassy and had the worst smelling gas that lingered. The look of the tub is also different. I started looking through reviews and saw others noticing the same issues saying that the formula has changed for this protein powder.
   I don’t ever write reviews, but I’m extremely upset at this change and I literally have to toss this protein because it’s disgusting now. I don’t know if private equity got involved or all the changes in the company structure caused them to make changes but they are clearly cutting corners to have people pay a lot for a very different product than what this used to be.

    They recently decided to add some variation of seed oil to oatmeal chocolate chip flavor. As well as high fructose corn syrup, cornstarch, and soy lecithin. I have other mre lite but for some reason the oatmeal chocolate chip is definitely not whole food source like the rest. I added photos of what the description on bestproteinpowder4women.net shows and what I got.

    Kinda feel a little ripped off it’s only half full. I mean I bought this because it does not make me bloated like whey protine does so I figured I would buy the protine powder but when I opened it is only half the container of powder. I don’t know if that is what they ment by lite, but tye whey protine containers I bought its almost full. So I only give a 3 star on it.
