Great product, works very well, you start feeling it with in 15-20min. The only this cherry lime flavor is horrendous!!! I have to chug it and the follow with something that tastes good to keep it down, just the after taste alone makes you want to throw it up. With this flavor it really hard to find something to mix with it. This is the only product i have a flavor issue with but i still think RedCon1 is still one of the best for taste and performance hands down.

So, as the title says, this stuff does work, quite noticeably in fact. It helps prevent muscle breakdown and also boosts protein muscle synthesis, so that when you drink your post workout protein shake, it absorbs even better.
Now as for the taste, that’s a different story. I’ve tried a lot of different preworkouts, nearly every one on the market, and I can say without even a single moment of hesitation, that the cherry lime flavored MOAB is THE worst tasting preworkout I have ever had. The initial flavor is terrible and the aftertaste it leaves is even worse. It doesn’t taste like either cherry, OR lime. It tastes more along the lines of hairspray. And mixing it with something else does absolutely nothing to drown out the taste. Believe me I’ve tried. The “cherry lime” flavor overpowers anything else you mix it with. It got to the point where I had to mentally prepare myself to drink it before I worked out, and even the smell would trigger an adverse reaction in me.
So in a nutshell, yes the stuff works, if you can stomach it.
