   I got this for my son to help his muscles recover after weight training and intense lacrosse practices. I’m happy with the quality of this glutamine. It has no smell to it and the powder is super fine. You can mix it with anything you want and it won’t mess up the taste. It dissolves completely and there’s no clumping. My son especially loves to mix it with protein powder, a chocolate Carnation breakfast packet and almond milk for a pre or post workout drink. Glutamine supplements are a must if you’re going to be weight training or exercising. I just started exercising again after about 6 months off and I was worried that my body was going to revolt. I took this supplement after my first workout and there’s been no pain, achiness or sore muscles. I’m thrilled! The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it’s quite a bit pricier than all of the other brands, we’ve used before. I can’t tell a difference between this brand and the cheaper ones. The quality is the same and they all have the same ingredients, number of servings and grams per serving. This is a good quality product, but after this can is done, I’m going back to the other one we have that’s cheaper.

   Pure Glutamine. Good quality. It mixes well and has the light and soft consistency of flour. The expiration date was about a year out, so you have time to use it. It was packaged and sealed well. Just mix with your protein shake or any drink, since it’s flavorless, and you are good to go.

   While I have other scoops I like when there’s a scoop included when a supplement is a powder. It saves reading the label and figuring out measurements. In this case take one scoop with a small glass of water.

   The powder dissolves completely in room temperature water and doesn’t taste bad. There’s a little flavor that I’m used to from the Glutamine powder I used before and it’s not unpleasant but somewhat medicinal. I did make a bit of a mess the first time digging out the scoop but subsequent uses have not been messy and powder does not go everywhere and choke me. I’ve tested powders before that would invade my lungs the minute I opened the canister. Not a problem here.

   I take Glutamine after workout for recovery. I’m starting to think I should take it pre-workout.

   I’ve been adding this supplement to my daily prep workout drink and I’ve noticed that my muscle recovery has been quicker while still getting a good workout. I also sometimes take it with my post workout and it has really allows me to push through these tough HIIT class workouts.

    I was looking for a new Glutamine as mine had run out and I have not had time to go to the store lately. I saw this pop up on my feed, so I wanted to try it out. I love the severing size of this Glutamine. The majority I have seen are only 30 but having 60 is a nice treat so I do not need to keep buying it every month. There is little to no flavor that I can tell. I always mix my Glutamine with another supplement that usually overpowers anything else I might have. I did try it by itself and to me, it is close to flavorless. I didn’t have any clumps when I mixed it with my other supplements which are awesome. There is nothing worse than having a clump of powder when drinking your pre-workout mix. This product works just as well as the others that I have tried, and my legs are grateful for it!
