   Great taste but did not curb appetite beyond two hours much less 4-6 per ad. I think the company has a good strategy going but more gimmicky than any science breakthrough for weight lost. It has a week plan and a month plan for quick weight loss. If anyone eats 1800 cal diet daily, take laxatives, drink some caffeine like pills and tea, they’re going to lose weight! That’s all part of their “plan.” I would only buy shake again because it fills like a good breakfast substitute. Everything else including knock out tea a waste of money.

   The winter, and life, has caused me to pick up some weight. I have recently decided to do something about it. I recently started to work out; however, I know that working out alone is not the solution. I know that eating right, controlling portion sizes, and even doing a cleanse can help with jumpstarting, or continuing, your weight-loss journey. The kit came with everything shown above, along with the TKO tea and multi-vite. My thoughts are as follows: -Skinny Blend: The shake, which I ordered in Cookies and Cream, was surprisingly good. I say this because a lot of times, vanilla flavored items have an aftertaste or just taste disgusting. Usually I go with chocolate; however, I wanted to step out of the box. This was tasty. My very picky child took a sip of my shake and thought it was tasty. I told her she couldn’t have more – mommy has goals! I blended it with almond milk. About the 6th or 7th day, I ran out and forgot to get more so I dreadfully tried it with water. Again, surprisingly it was good! -Skinny Burn: Taken in the morning and has no true side effects. I was not overly jittery and with the shakes. Can’t say that it has a taste. As with all pills, it was easy for me to swallow. -Skinny Cleanse: Taken at night, before bed. It did help me poop a bit more than usual. Again, it was easy for me to swallow. -Multi-vite: Taken during the day, after the first pill. No problems. Don’t be scared that it’s a very dark capsule, with brownish ingredients inside. It did help with my energy level because even after my three miles, I wanted to do more… that is not usual. -TKO tea: I was able to drink this without adding milk, tea, or honey. If you are new to the ingredients in the tea, you may not like the flavor. As I have previously used a tea with the same ingredients, it was nothing for me to drink it done, with no thoughts on the taste. Overall, with doing exercise AND this kit, I loss a little over two pounds and my waist is smaller. While that is discouraging to some, and myself, I know that I could have upped my water intake, as this may have helped things along. Sometimes you may lose inches, and water weight, as opposed to overall poundage. I did notice that the color, and smell, of my urine was different, almost neon like; however, I figured that when your body is detoxing, and when you are using ingredients that you’re not used to, “things” like this will happen. It wasn’t terribly offensive, just something I noticed. I think that it you stick with it while using the 28 day kit, it will definitely work for you. I’m blown away with this system, so please excuse the lengthy review. I will put the important stuff first incase I lose you in the next 10 lines. 1. It works – I’m currently in the middle of day 5 and I am down 6.8lbs. 2. It tastes good – I tried cookies and cream and love it. I will go a bit more detailed in a bit. 3. Can I just say five days again?!? Five days and I am .2lbs away from a long term goal I had that I thought would take weeks of dedicated focus to diet and exercise. Now for the nitty gritty and thank you to those who kept going. I have a background in nutrition and curiosity with health products. Not that I’m always on diets, but that the things, products and foods that people eat/take to stay healthy or be the best they can be-intrigues me. I feel like I have already learned the real secret to lifelong weight maintenance, which is that it isn’t about a diet, it’s a lifestyle! A lifestyle of moderation. But with that said I still think we’re all human, and we need something that can get us over a hump, to baby step us toward a lifestyle, give us parameters and give us the motivation we need to keep going. Insert #skinnyjane here! Definitely with results in the first week, could give a girl a boost of confidence she needs to put effort working out and eating healthy. I feel like the combination of products and foods I ate kept me satisfied until the next meal. I hate the feeling of deprivation!! As soon as I tell myself – no (name your weakness, mine is swedish fish) then I want and would over do it. I never felt deprived or that I was on a diet. I never went to bed hungry. The shake doesn’t taste like a protein powder type supplement you would pick up at a vitamin store or supermarket. It wasn’t overpowering, so I felt like it would compliment other add in’s and flavors. Especially after the first weeks and you’re starting to find a groove of how to maintain. Fruit, almond milk, extracts, coco powder, etc. just to name a few ideas. The TKO tea, is probably what help stretch meals, so that I walked away full not want to grab an extra helping of something, but also worked hand in hand with the skinny burn pills so that I was able walk away from coffee without a single side effect. The skinny burn pill has less caffeine that coffee but felt the energy boost was so much more natural and at a stronger, higher, less moody level! The cleanse does it’s job, and I will leave details and my pre-skinnyjane very regular routine out of this… just know it works. Plan to have access to a bathroom most of a morning when you have taken these. I do recommend that you take your first two pills the night before you actually start the program. The first day is the hardest. I feel like if you were already starting to be free of some of those toxins, that the first day wouldn’t be as hard. The only goals I had going into this program was to give up coffee (learning to like tea) and to eat breakfast everyday. I did that, plus got long term goal results in under a week. That says a lot.    I would give this zero stars in terms of taste because it is horrible! I can’t believe these other reviews are legit because it tastes absolutely awful! It does not mix well unless you use a blender. My daughter mixed it as directed and it was clumpy. I used a blender and it was smooth, but still disgusting to the taste! As far as weight loss goes. I would lose weight due to the fact I couldn’t drink the vile substance. My daughter followed the strict diet that came with it and suffered through the taste and lost a couple pounds. Don’t waste your money. I wonder if the other reviews were written by people who actually bought and paid for this product?

   Wow! This shake was really good and very filling. I took the skinny burn and I really can’t tell much of a difference in my pep! But, then again it’s only my first day taking it but I’m also use to high volumes of caffeine! Lol! The seller was great and he even expedited my shipment at no cost to me!
