   I got this for a change in protein, for added protein after surgery. I like the product and it provides a lot of protein. You can blend any of the usual ways for protein drinks, add protein to yogurt, and so forth. A recommend the product.

   I love this. It is all natural and a great way to add protein or extra protein to any shake or meal. It is good quality. The only con is the sealing of the bag is difficult. You have to be very careful to make sure all the powder is knocked down into the bag or it won’t seal. Maybe some sort of canister or zip lock bag would work better with powder. However, with this being said, it will be on my repurchase list for sure. The taste is great. You cannot even tell you have added egg whites to your shake except for the frothiness.

   This one tastes pretty gross if you try to hydrate and cook it like egg whites, but it goes down ok in a smoothie.
   I preferred Orgnisulmte for flavor.

   I tried this egg white protein powder because it said it did not have many ingredients. I don’t like sweet, chalk like protein powders so I have it a try. It had sunflower lecithin which I was surprised by because it said no fillers, no artificial ingredients, no added sugar, no soy, no gluten. They forgot to mention the bad taste and the chalky consistency. I threw this powder right in the trash can. I am now using drink wholesome which has a little monk fruit but minimal ingredients and no fillers or lecithin. It tastes good and does not smell bad like this egg white protein by Smart 138. I would not recommend this protein powder for any living being.

   It does not add flavor but does add protien. I add this to my Vitamix frozen dessert. Adds smooth texture without spoiling the taste.

   By itself mixed with almond milk, I found it very salty. Adding in cocoa powder, PB fit and agave, it makes a very refreshing drink. Using a blender bottle, it does take some effort to get the egg white to blend in.
