Provosyn is a great product. It mirrors the milk and egg ratio’s of Rheo Blair plus tosses in some beef protein as well. The taste is amazing, cake batter vanilla. The staple combination of the Golden Era of bodybuilding. Guy’s like Ric Draisin, Leroy Colbert, Larry Scott, Frank Zane and Vince Gironda all spoke highly of the Milk and Eggs protein and its for a good reason.. It works. I stack it with Ultra 40 and Multiple Enzyme complex and have gotten great results.

I love this protein powder. Mixes up great, no clumping or un-dissolved powder. Kind of has a cake batter taste to it. I mix it thick and stick it in the fridge or freeze and eat it like ice cream. I follow a ketogenic diet and Provosyn works great with my macros. With all other things remaining the same, I have noticed an increase in lean muscle mass since I have added this in to my diet.
