   For the price, I expected this to taste better. With two scoops in 8 ounces of water as recommended, it is watery, not creamy, and has a coffee bite/aftertaste. I’m disappointed I spent so much on this.

   This collagen powder includes premium Colombian Coffee with 40mg of caffeine, and it tastes great. As a coffee lover, I like using this as an afternoon pick me up. I normally consume more caffeine than this in the afternoon, but this is no doubt a healthy way to get 10g of protein and collagen. You also get a little kick of energy from caffeine that’s equivalent to one can of soda. The incorporation of MCT coconut oil powder is also a nice touch because it ads a creamy texture to the drink, and includes a dose of healthy fats that is known to help support mental clarity and focus. It is Keto/Paleo friendly, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, No Sugar Added, and Non-GMO. One canister provides 25 servings with two scoops. It mixes great, and the salted caramel is pretty tasty, in my opinion. It also contains two kinds of Collagen Type 1 and Type 3. I’m happy to include this Collagen Peptide drink into my routine, and it’s more like a treat than a supplement, which makes it easy to want to consume.

   I wasn’t sure what to expect from this collagen + coffee blend, but I love salted caramel anything, and I figured I would give it a shot. I was surprised by how much I liked it. I don’t drink coffee too much anymore because it wasn’t sitting well with me, but this is fine–no tummy issues. I use a couple times a week as an energy booster mid-morning. I have tried it in iced and hot water, and although it tastes fine as an iced drink, it dissolves a bit better with hot water. The salted caramel flavor is quite good. It’s also perfect as the protein base for a smoothie. I have mixed it with almond milk, a banana, and peanut butter, and it’s really good. I also appreciate that the collagen in this supplement is grass-fed and hormone free. This supplement is a little pricey at $37 for 25 servings (where each serving contains 10g of protein). But since I use this as a treat a few times a week, it will last me a while.

   I like to try to incorporate collagen into my diet and thought this might be a good way to do that in my morning coffee. I’ve only mixed this with hot water, but I found it very easy to make. It quickly dissolves and doesn’t leave any lumps. It comes with a scoop and recommends 1-2 scoops, depending on your preference, so I’ve tried roughly 1.5 scoops when I’ve made it. Unfortunately, this just doesn’t taste good to me. I don’t notice any salted caramel flavor at all. I can somewhat taste the coconut oil in there and that seems to make it nice and creamy. I mostly taste instant coffee and monkfruit sweetener, which are not my favorite flavors. I was hoping the coffee taste would be nicer, but it’s got that instant coffee metallic flavor. I use filtered water, so I know it’s not my water causing the issue. I really don’t like monkfruit unless blended with some other sweetener, and the monkfruit flavor is pretty strong. I’m definitely not going to buy this again and I don’t think I will even use up the container. I would only recommend buying this if you know you like the way instant coffee and monkfruit sweetener tastes, because those are the main flavors here.

   I would really like to try this product, but the container is impossible to open. The lid is too wide! I can’t get a grip around the entire top in order to open it. I tried to puncture the lid with a knife but just ended up with sharp edges of lid that I still cannot open. A rather bad design for a container. More than Frustrated !

    This COLLAGEN COFFEE+ from NutraCollagen comes in a large container. Open up the lid and you can smell a chocolate coffee mix. Nice. Says to put 1-2 scoops in your hot/cold water. But I’ll just do a spoonful. Also says has a columbian coffee blend — and so I guess it does have caffeine if you are concerned about that — but it does taste pretty good.
