   I am pretty immune to caffeine. Coffee, green tea, black tea, energy shots, and I still feel like a sleepy bear who gets poked with a stick and just rolls right back over to hibernate more. There is something in this that works and gives me energy though, despite the minimal amount of caffeine it contains. *Hallelujah*! I wasn’t expecting the energy boost, but I had bought it as a treat for the flavor. The coffee chai is an interesting combination, but it is done well here. It tastes like a nutty hazelnut coffee to me. The chai isn’t overly clove flavored like some chais (I actually can’t detect any clove at all). The mix dissolves instantly, unlike my Vital Proteins collagen that clumps. I am happy this tasty treat fits in my dairy free keto diet, and that I got to try it.

    I always drink it hot and it is really delicious. Although it is sugar free, still sweet but it’s very light and I ok with that. This collagen drink is a very good alternative to coffee. It keeps me awake in the morning and boosts my energy during the day. It’s keto friendly, dairy free and gluten free. Easy to mix and enjoyable.
