I m writting this after 10 days of use…so far i didn’t find any con in product…i have used MB gold whey, Herbalife shake and protein,dyamatize whey,proteinex but so far i found this one good. Taste- good with milk .. didn’t try in water, quality -superb, feels energetic+ good for wt loss or wt gain…..i use it sometime to replace meal by making shake with a glass milk+protein+apple and sprouts.
