   I have been using this product for over 2 years. I am sad that with the new packaging came a new taste and it’s not as good. I will now look for something else because this is not good at all, it leaves an aftertaste. I am referring to the carmel mocha.

   So I love this stuff! I have tried so many powders and this one by far has the best flavor and texture.

   I drink it with milk, or dairy alternative- that’s not my favorite option. To cut the sweetness I will add actual coffee which makes it taste just like a latte.

   I do use it in smoothies and find that it blends well with blueberries and peaches along with milk or dairy alternatives (I like coconut milk). I think the flavor in smoothies is more of a hint of caramel rather than coffee. It’s really delicious.

   It is sweet so drinking it those ways definitely helps! I have also noticed when drinking that it does keep me full and it also had helped with swelling in my fingers, not sure why or how- but if i have bad swelling it goes away after I drink this. I’m sure it help regulate something. Overall I feel great and healthy and have more energy.

   This product is aimed at women but says on the container that it may contain harmful chemicals such as lead that can cause reproductive harm and/or birth defects. I brought it not knowing this and immediately stopped use of it. Not worth knowingly putting harmful chemicals in my body.

   This is super good. Best one I’ve tasted ever. I usually have to add sweetened almond milk or peanut butter to mine to get a decent flavor but I use unsweetened almond milk and one scoop and it’s perfect! Will see how it adds to my weight loss routine I can only base my review off the taste for now

   UPDATE: I’m on my third container of this protein and my nails are incredibly strong and growing like crazy! Normally I have issues with breakage but I have noticed amazing results. Still love this.

   I’ve been using protein powder for years, and I always get chocolate because it’s the most palatable for me. However, this is the first time I’ve ever gotten one marketed toward women, and it is DELICIOUS. It doesn’t taste like powder or something disguised as chocolate; I just mix it with about 16oz of cold water in the morning and it’s just like chocolate milk – so creamy and chocolatey and it fills me up without making me have a sugar crash in the morning (which is what I experience when I eat anything else for breakfast). Highly recommend.

   20g of protein, meh, could just eat a spoon full of peanut butter lol. Taste awesome, WAAAAY too much sugar, and I am a sugar addict. Mixes well enough and is smooth, but the content is too little. Big price for a small amount of powder with barely any protien.
