   Packed with 15g of protein per serving, my nails, hair, and joints have never felt better. I tend to add it to my coffee in the morning and it dissolves completely. For someone who likes my coffee black, the unflavored version doesn’t change the flavor or consistency of my coffee. I’ve also tried their Irish Cream flavored, some results but amazing flavor as if I’d added cream!!

    I was suggested this product to put in my coffee instead of my usual protein powder. I got the Irish cream flavor and it is not sweet at all. I still have to add my vanilla protein powder or some kind of sweetener to my coffee with this. I had such high hopes for this but I’m really let down. I have still been using it in hopes of getting the nutritional benefits from it. It’s only been a week so it hasn’t been long enough to tell.
