   I like how thick this is when it’s mixed with milk. It really does hold me over. It’s a little sweet but if you add some plain nonfat yogurt in with it, it tones down the sweetness. Not gritty. I have used in mixer as well as an old spaghetti jar and just shaking

   This is probably the most disappointing protein I ever tried. I really like their pre made shakes and was highly anticipating the powder form to be the same (or at least very similar) but this is sickeningly sweet. I even tried using double the water, then it was just watery sweet. Then I tried it with skim milk, it was creamy and super sweet, finally tried it with unsweetened almond milk, still overly sweet. If you like saccharine sweet maybe you will like it.

   22 weeks pregnant with twins and my OB recommended this protein shake as I was looking to add more protein to my diet. I have noticed I crave meat products if I don’t start my day with something high in protein. Considering an elaborate breakfast filled with eggs and sausage isn’t always an option I figured this could help meet my protein needs for this pregnancy. I mixed one scoop with about 10-12 oz of original almond milk and I personally love it. I don’t drink a lot of protein shakes but have tried a lot in the past and I have no issues drinking this one. I’m actually trying to milk it as I made it a little early and I need it to get me until I am able to eat a late lunch later this afternoon.

   I usually buy this from inside of the stores and it tastes so amazing and helps burn fat, but lately, I couldn’t find it anywhere but on bestproteinpowder4women.net. Therefore, I ordered it and neglected to read the reviews because I was happy to find it. First thing, the container came half empty… as you can see from the pictures. The arrow on the side of the container points all the way to the top, and when you look inside, it is barely full. I was extremely mad about it because I paid a lot of money for this. The first day it tasted good, but the next day I tried it, I almost threw up. I thought it was the Vanilla Silk Milk, however, it was not. This protein was absolutely horrible.
