   First, this as marketed to help you have a good sleep “routine”. Routine is the key word here, because there is nothing here that is going to do anything for you other than establish a nightly routine of wasting money. You could use anything, including a glass of warm milk every night for a routine and save yourself a lot of money. There is nothing magic in here to help you sleep. You could make a hot cocoa and take a magnesium pill. The flavor is cocoa (I wonder about the caffeine in that), but the flavor is not very good. The taste is like chocolate flavored flour. It doesn’t blend well and even if you strain out all the lumps, the texture is unpleasant and the texture remains powdery. There are lots of alternatives you could do if you really think having some protein and chocolate at bedtime is a good idea. Buy some chocolate whey, mix and heat it. Buy some plain whey and add it to cocoa. If you want the possible benefit of magnesium, take a pill. I do not recommend this product, and I can find nothing positive to say about it. And really, at about $1.00 a serving, who’s benefitting here? I think the only one benefitting from this routine is the manufacturer.

   Love this cocoa. Discovered it when on Weight Watchers. Cozy Cocoa was talked about at meetings and was recommended by many members. Gave it a try and joined the fan club. LOW LOW POINT VALUE, high protein value. Very tasty. I usually made it using a 50-50 blend of skim milk and water. This was a real help to me as I lost a lot, lot of weight. I’m maintaining my weight now and am still enjoying Cozy Cocoa on a regular basis, year round. Highly recommend!!

   It tastes really good. I was sceptical at first because a lot of reviews say it doesn’t blend well. I used warm milk instead of water to add extra protein and because cocoa powder contains fat which gives it hydrophobic quality. Which means water does not penetrate easily. I also used my mini Ninja blender to make sure it blended well. It was creamy and delicious! I definitely recommend and will buy again.

   It tastes good. It didn’t seem to help me sleep after trying once. I will continue for a couple of days. It is not an inexpensive product. So when the container arrives 2/3 full, it is pretty frustrating. The scoop for measuring the product had settled to the bottom of the can. In order for me to get it out I had to put three fingers into the canister. There was no way to avoid pulling out some of the powder along with the scoop. The product would be better served if the directions were to use a measuring spoon. Either that or they need to mount the scoop to the lid.

    Definitely gets rid of the hot Chocolate cravings. Tastes great and easy! I add classic vanilla max mallows and sugar free whipped cream! It’s delicious on its own though. Can we make the canister short and fat instead of tall and skinny? It’s impossible to get your hand it in to grab the scoop and you’re definitely not getting your hand in there with the scoop!!!

    I have tried a few other ‘better for you’ hot cocoa products and this one is far and way the best. It mixes well and has a good flavor and silky texture. I’ve currently taken to mixing in one scoop with my coffee to add a bit of protein and flavor, in lieu of (sometimes in addition to) a splash of cream. The only complain I have is the packaging. As is the case with many similar products this container is too tall to easily get to the product, especially once you’re half way through. A shorter, wider container would be ideal.

    Previous reviews have said it is difficult to mix they are right about that. I had to basically squish the powder and liquid up against the measuring cup using the back of my spoon. Once mixed it was fine but more work than I care for. However it does taste good, I recommend only doing the 6 oz size not the 8oz as I think it takes away from the sweet taste of it. However I’m excited to see if it helps with sleeping.

    This is so good!! I used oat milk instead of water, and a milk frother (hand held) to mix till smoothe. The flavor isn’t too “diety” or sugary, was a perfect blend. I also added whip cream because well after a 90 min gym session I felt I needed a little treat on my protien treat. The next morning I had minimal aches after my work out.     I normally don’t leave reviews but I have to share my experience. I first want to go with the good. The taste is delicious, once you get past the lumps. The powder does not blend into the liquid as you can see from my pictures. It doesn’t blend in cold liquid and it doesn’t blend any better after being heated. I even tried my coffee frother blender and it was still lumpy. I was really hoping this would be the perfect ending to a long day and be able to get in more protein.

    There are good data that show specific diets can be good for sleep (and vice versa)–I’ve written on this extensively, so I love the idea. They do a really good job with this and it’s delicious–almost as good as the pre-mixed caramel flavor. I mixed this into a mainly almond milk and a little water pint mug and added about 3 scoops. The extra scoop was warranted for flavor and didn’t hurt because it’s so low-calorie. It’s not the absolute best for sleep however. Magnesium and protein are good as is the low sugar (though sucralose might not be the healthiest sweetener to use). But I would have added some good fats. Fat would increase the calorie content but it also would make it much more satiating and sleep-inducing. Also, I wouldn’t put any B vitamins in this though 25% B6 won’t keep you up all night. It’s also not the best to mix. It took some pretty vigorous stirring to get this powder in there. If you’re using a shaker or a blender, it won’t be a problem but it was clumpy for me.

    I’ve been searching for a cozy night time drink similar to Ovaltine only minus all that sugar. I think I’ve found it! “Good Night” has that same tasty, chocolatey, hard to describe quality of ‘O’ that I remember so fondly as a kid growing up. (A teaspoon of sugar free malted milk powder as an addition might take this over the top to the A++ category.) 😋 How I make it: Two scoops in 1/2 mug of almond milk. Stir briskly with a fork. (It’s VERY clumpy and almost like flour, but don’t lose hope!) Add boiling hot water, stir again, then microwave for 30 seconds and voilà… the clumps disappear and you’re left with a really nice evening concoction. And ‘yes’ I believe it helps me to sleep. Thanks for a really good product!

    Overall the flavor on this is great and as good as any other hot cocoa out there with the added benefit of having a high amount of protein so I was sold! This requires no milk to give it that creamy goodness you want out of your winter drink and while has issues blending at times, it’s no worse than other cocoa mixes.     Love the taste of this coco. I am diabetic and this product doesn’t shoot my blood sugars up high at all. I do go low often and this coco at night let’s me sleep in comfort and my meter doesn’t blast all night. Keeps the sugars equal most of the night.     The taste is good. Doesn’t taste like fake sugar at all. It also does work in getting you to sleep, and keeping you asleep. However, I have only taken it twice and both, times, I have to poop alot the next day. I think it may have too much Magnesium because apparently, Mg has a serious laxative effect. My stomach kind of hurts, I have gas and have to go to the bathroom a lot. Do not recommend drinking if you know you’re going to be away from a toilet for most of the next day. My other complaint is the brown sludge at the bottom of the cup after you’re done drinking it. There’s about 8 tsp of sludge at the bottom of every cup. I haven’t tried continuous stirring while drinking, but I recommed doing so.

    I happen to love hot chocolate, but I prefer it sugar-free. When you add the fact that this helps you get drowsy it’s perfect for me.     It is okay but you for sure need a little hand frother. The clumps did mix in with the frother but not the spoon. I followed the directions exactly. Flavor is so so, not bad but not great. My husband prefers it made with 6oz of water which was too sweet for me. I probably won’t order it again but will finish this container.

    The first time I made this product I mixed with hot water using a spoon and the results were poor with clumps of powder that did not fully dissolve. The next time i mixed with warm almond milk in a blender and it fully dissolved. The taste is sweet and pleasant although nothing special.     Why was this discontinued? Its amazingly good and perfect for keto, low carb diets Its delicious, healthy and actually helps with sleep….not in falling asleep fast, but before taking this i would only have 30 minutes, or 40 minutes max of deep sleep, since taking this my deep sleep “body repair” stage has doubled.
