   As an anemic vegetarian, I struggle with getting enough protein in my diet, and am always on the hunt for new products to help with that. I’ve tried many different protein products over the years — especially protein shakes as (meal) replacements. This 11 fl oz. shake is very filling, with a great creamy texture and without the chalky taste of most similar drinks. It is 160 calories with a (Spark) breakdown of 30g Protein / 5g Carbs / 3g Fat, and just 1g of sugar. It also has about 25% of the recommended daily value of 24 essential vitamins and minerals! This is a great breakfast alternative or workout booster. They are smooth, good tasting flavors, too – the Bananas & Cream is like a pudding/pie filling, and the Caramel satisfies the sweet tooth! They are a great breakfast alternative or post-workout boost — and as another reviewer suggested, frozen, it is like an ice cream treat!

   Its very good. Two thumbs up. But I’m not understanding all the hype. With all the furor over it I expected liquid heaven. bestproteinpowder4women.net was even kind enough to offer to charge me a $180 deliver charge to get it one day sooner(which I obviously declined yet still got it a week early…thank you bestproteinpowder4women.net!). Seriously?! Its a banana flavored protein shake, folks. Get a grip. Chocolate is just as good.

   I wasn’t sure I was going to like this flavor, but it turned out to be one of my favorites. To me the banana flavor is closer to the ‘candy banana’ flavoring than a banana most of us are familiar with. I like it. Not chalky or gritty at all. Was very important in helping me reach some dietary goals.

   I use powdered protein drinks on a daily basis and now I use these RTD (ready-to-drink) shakes when I’m out for the day.

   Pure Protein’s prices went too high. Post gastric bypass, I needed more protein. This did that and the flavor Caramel is out if this world.

   Though I need to take in more protein, I have to be careful because of my kidneys and I do drink more water.

   I do not drink it straight. One carton will go in 4 meal replacement shakes, add more protein and now FLAVOR. I am ordering these now on Subscribe and Save. One case lasts a little over a month. One carton has 30 g of protein. So I break it up and as I said, I can get 4 shakes with good flavor and with Walkers Meal Replacement shake, its tasty to shed pounds and be healthy.

   Like the taste of the banana version. But there’s no reason this flavor should be so much more expensive than the other flavors. I bought it once to try it, but won’t buy it again unless it drops in line with the other flavors.

   I also had radiation to my neck. This caused me to have to drink protein shakes to get my protein each day. This Premier Protein has 30g protein in each serving. I love the banana flavor.

   I’ve been purchasing these same shakes for years now. My last purchase was a nightmare. I got 1 box of the Caramel and 1 of the Bananas and Cream. Both of them had 2020 expiration dates, but I could only drink half the container before the thick, slimy, and sometimes gritty substance appeared. I even stopped to shake them half way through and it made no difference. I contacted the manufacturer and sent photos and got no response, they’ve lost a long time customer.

   I was reluctant to purchase because I was scared of the box coming damaged and having the contents spilled all over but thankfully that did not happen! Everything was packaged well and safe and not a single shake was damaged or leaking anywhere. I have only tried one so far, but I was able to drink all of it so that is a good sign. I am pretty picky with tastes and textures and this does not bother me. It’s not super thick but it works. I skip breakfast a lot and sometimes lunch and end up eating way too much at night (mainly unhealthy things) so on days like that I am hoping this will help at least get something down. I know things like this aren’t the *best* option but it’s something. And it really does make me feel full.

    This is the best protein drink that I have had so far. I have tried Herbalife, Gatorade and Muscle Milk. This great tasting protein drink contains 30G of protein with only 160 calories. I add ice and blend it in my Ninja and it tastes dreamy, one of the best drinks I have ever had. The 30G of protein keeps me full and energized for 4 hours. This makes a great breakfast and/or 2pm snack.

    Pretty good tasting protein shake, nice a low in carbs (only 3 net carbs, see my pic of the nutrition info). After my workout when I won’t be able to get to breakfast for a few hours, I have been taking Premier protein shakes for the last couple months. I typically don’t like banana flavored drinks, but this is actually a nice break from the chocolate protein flavor that I typically get from Costco. My only complaint is that it is a bit too sweet for me, toning down the sweetness would probably make this a 5-star product.
