   Ótimo produto e chegou em menos de 2 dias. É um pó fininho que dá pra misturar facilmente em sucos e shakes e até na água porque não tem sabor. Estou tomando 2 dosadores pela manhã junto com meus outros suplementos. Já vejo maior resistência nas minhas unhas, que eram muito quebradiças, ficava lascando toda hora e agora estão bem mais fortes, e também notei menos queda de cabelo, principalmente quando lavo e desembaraço. E parece estar me ajudando nos meus treinos também, sinto menos incômodos nas articulações. Fora o ótimo custo-benefício pela quantidade de produto que vem. Recomendo muito.

   I’ve been using collagen peptide products for awhile and this brand is one of my faves! There is not a strong small or flavor so it’s easy to mix into whatever you’d like. It’s super easy in blended protein shakes. I also love it in my coffee, but my only criticism is that I wish it dissolved a little easier in hot drinks. I love what collagen does for my hair so I’ll definitely be continuing. Overall, this is a golden collagen peptide brand!

   I’ve used this product for 3 months and noticed a visible difference in my hair, skin, and nails. My joints also didn’t feel as sore after workouts (I’m 37 and exercise regularly). It’s now part of my regular protein-addition lineup.
   I mix mine with oat or almond milk, either in a blender, or a shaker cup, and drink it with protein powder, both cold and in my coffee. You CANNOT mix this with a hot liquid – it WILL clump! If you’ve ever used corn starch to thicken soup, you know you have to mix it first with some cold water before adding it to hot broth, because it will clump immediately. Same with this powder. Mix it with cold liquid, and use a blender or shaker cup, it needs to be agitated, not stirred.

   I’ve been using hydrolyzed collagen for years and this product holds up just as well as any other product I’ve used, BUT it has 45 servings which is a better value for your money. Years ago I damaged my stomach lining and I used collagen to heal my stomach and digestive tract. I would drink a warm glass of water with collagen first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then a second time later in the day. My stomach is better now, but I continue to use collagen because I know it’s good for my joints and skin. I’m approaching middle age and already feeling the effects of my body breaking down, so I want to do as much as I can to support my body. This is a great product, I totally recommend it.

   Watch my video to see how this product dissolves. I used a small clear glass of warm water so you can see everything. People are complaining that it doesn’t dissolve well, but it seriously only took a few seconds of stirring. In a shaker bottle it would dissolve even faster. I would also like to say that it’s “unflavored” which means they didn’t add any flavor. It’s naturally going to have a mild beef flavor because it’s made from cows. Personally, I can barely taste any beef flavor at all, it’s so mild.

   I’m so glad I discovered this collagen powder! It’s been great for me. Not only is it a quality product, but since it’s hydrolyzed, it’s easy to digest as well. Plus the range of beneficial amino acids makes sure that all areas of your body are getting the nourishment they need. I’ve used collagen powders for quite a while now. I like that this one has no taste, doesn’t smell weird, and mixes well with liquids. As with all the collagen supplements that I’ve used, I mix it with the liquid and just let it sit for a few minutes to completely dissolve. I also like using a blender bottle to mix my drink. And on top of that, this product is perfect for paleo-friendly or keto diets. Highly recommend giving this one a try!

   So I’ve been taking this collagen for about 30 days. Although it’s unflavored, I think me knowing it’s mixed into my drink makes it easy to taste a difference. So I prefer to use this in more tart drinks like orange or cranberry juice.

   I will say that it has increased my nail growth but also my nail strength, which I appreciate after years of wearing acrylics!

   I wish I would have tracked with photos but even my hair has grown out quicker than normal. Which I love/ hate since my hair is dyed and I will be needing a touch up sooner than planned.

   I’m getting back into the gym so I’m hoping this also aids in muscle/pain relief. But either way a great addition to your daily routine.
