   I have never been into protein supplements. Most of them just make you swell with water and do not help with muscle recovery. After trying Performed Inspired Whey protein (vanilla). I have notice reduced soreness and faster muscle recovery. It’s also curving my appetite which has helped me to loose some weight, while retaining muscle mass. Definitely recommend!

   This product is very good, it does not taste very sweet like others that I tried before. It dissolved very good with a shake bottle and it help you to recover quickly after a workout. Performance Inspired products are very good and healthy, I also tried their cookies and pre-workouts which give you the boost that you need to get the maximum results from your workouts. I usually drink the protein several times during the day. The price is also good for the value of the protein.

   There are only a small handful of protein powders on the market that are NATURAL, and of them this is the ONLY one that actually tastes good! Here’s my personal smoothie recipe: 1 scoop PI Gourmet Vanilla Protein 250ml pineapple juice 1 banana 6-8 strawberries 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Dash of cinnamon 1/2 cup ice It’s a bit pricey, but I’d rather pay a bit more than competitors for the good flavor!
