It mixes in completely and effortlessly. The taste is light, creamy, semi-sweet and very pleasant.    The Mexican hot chocolate flavor keto beauty+sleep collagen powder is sooooo delicious and soothing! I’m a fan! It provides that chocolate fix without the high carbs. I love that this “hot chocolate” is packed with vitamins and minerals and has body soothers such as ashwagandha and skin helpers such as hyaluronic acid, but there are only 45 calories per serving and 6 grams of protein per serving as well! That’s not your regular hot chocolate, that’s for sure. Even though this is a feel good treat, it’s still a good for you supplement, which is so awesome to me. The flavor is completely on point for hot chocolate as well. It has a very authentic milk chocolate taste with a tiny warming kick to it, almost like cinnamon. I like it a lot. I considered getting some keto marshmallows to go with it, because I am quite a fan of hot chocolate with marshmallows, but they aren’t really necessary. This tastes great without them, and either way I find it totally satisfying. I definitely give this one five stars ⭐️ and I would give even higher rating if I could. This is an excellent hot chocolate. Highly recommend.

   My wife rates Perfect Keto’s Beauty+Sleep Collagen Powder 5 stars. She really enjoys the flavor and effects. I’m less impressed and am thinking more like 3 stars, so I split the difference. I appreciate the quality ingredients and soothing nature, but I think it lacks flavor. I do not care for it at all simply mixed with water. It needs to go in some sort of milk to make it more creamy and tasty. Or add some half and half. I also need to use more than a single scoop to get a satisfying cup. That makes it less appealing from a price-per-serving point of view. That said, it is a decent product to help you get your “beauty sleep”. Hydrolyzed bovine collagen and Hyaluronic acid work on the beauty side while magnesium, ashwagandha, and l-theanine soothe me before bedtime. The cocoa and cinnamon blend well to create a Mexican hot chocolate and coconut powder helps make it creamy. All in all, it’s a good supplement but overpriced for what you get.     It pretty much met my expectations. I didn’t expect it to be gourmet and decadent, and it’s not. It’s about the same consistency as a packaged hot cocoa in water, and I don’t mind the flavor at all.
    As far as the effectiveness, I found that I do still wake up during the night, but I have a much easier time falling back to sleep. It used to take me an hour, (sometimes 2-3) to go back to sleep, but when I drink this before bed I fall back to sleep within minutes of waking up. It also gives a very relaxed feeling before bed and throughout the night.

    Oh my word! This Beauty and Sleep Mexican Hot Chocolate Collagen powder is everything I had hoped it would be. To begin with, it actually tastes like real hot chocolate. It is rich, chocolatey and smooth like hot chocolate usually is. I do like to add a little extra of my own stevia to it to make it a little more sweet but this is plenty sweet on its own. I like that this is sweetened with stevia instead of sugar or other sweeteners. It is no chore at all to drink and I’ve been enjoying it in the evenings. I have tried a few other sleepytime hot chocolates like this but the difference between those and this particular brand is that this does not contain melatonin. Melatonin is beneficial, don’t get me wrong, but some people, like myself, can be sensitive to it. It. I find that it makes me super drowsy during the day and it causes me to not feel very alert. I’m glad that this does not contain it. I am very happy, however, that this contains ashwagandha. Ashwagandha powder is extremely relaxing and helps to ease my anxiety and calm me down before bedtime. I have been experiencing deeper and better sleep on the evenings I drink this and I attribute it to this. It has a decent sized dose at 300 mg per scoop. I think this is just the right amount for before bedtime. Last, but not least, I like that this contains some collagen, which has a host of benefits. Each scoop contains approximately 7 g of collagen, which is a pretty good sized dose, although not as much as I usually take. It is a nice addition, however. All in all, this is a great product and I would recommend it.

    Fancy health claims aside, this is a really delicious hot chocolate mix. It doesn’t have enough potency of active ingredients to affect sleep or relax me and the only ingredients directly affecting beauty is collagen and hyaluronic acid which are both good for skin but not a miracle cure. The buzzwords “keto”, “beauty”, and “sleep” are slapped on the label to draw in more buyers and that never sits right with me when the company uses the excuse of health claims to mark up the price of a relatively cheap product. This isn’t low quality by any means but it didn’t cost that much for the company to produce this. None of the active ingredients are that expensive. I removed one star for over-hyped marketing but it earns a solid four stars for flavor and pretty simple flavoring/inactive ingredients. This tastes just like very creamy hot chocolate! It doesn’t taste fake, over-flavored, or like collagen. It’s not spicy like I think of when I hear Mexican hot chocolate (which usually includes a touch of cayenne and cinnamon, or at least the Mexican coffees I’ve had have those two ingredients). It has the perfect level of sweetness from stevia only, no erythritol, maltodextrin, etc. It doesn’t need “doctoring” like more sweetener, cocoa, or creamer, even when diluted slightly. It doesn’t taste “thin”. It’s good hot or cold. It mixes easily in warm water. If you want it cold, it gets super frothy and milkshake-like in a blender. I appreciate that this doesn’t have unnecessary junk. There is no dairy, no thickeners or gums, no pseudo sugars, only stevia. It is made creamy with coconut milk.
