   I am pleasantly surprised how well this protein powder tastes. It mixes very well in my mixer cup and did not leave clumps. The only thing that I didn’t like is that it didn’t have a scoop inside of the container.

   Overall it got a good test in just about anything I have tried putting into. I have noticed that I feel a lot better when I use it in my teas. The taste is great but it can be a bit picky about what temp it wants to fully mix in. I found that it like something a bit warmer than room temp water but not as hot as say coffee maker heat. My only thing I was I had know was that there in fact a scop in there. No where in the packaging does it say there is one so when I found one after using my own spons at the bottom it kind of took me back. as for if it choky or that kind of stuff it can be if it’s not mixed right. But over all I have felt way better than I have in a long time by getting this in me on a daily basis. Will worth a try.

   Most creamy and smooth texture I’ve tried in 20 years, no kidding, I’ve tried tens of brands but this just surprised me. Flavor is soft, like melted vanilla ice cream, not too sweet, good for having it just with almond milk or in a berry smoothie. Mixes fast, I let it sit for some minutes for it to hidrate and get that extra smooth texture. No side effects, no gas, no bloating, just hunger satiety.

   I was impressed with the taste and texture of this whey protein. Unlike others I have used this mixed quickly in a blender bottle and had an almost silky texture to it. I didn’t notice any aftertaste just a nice warm vanilla flavor. I used it plain in water, in smoothies and with milk, i thought it worked well in everything. Overall one of my favorites.

   This protein is very high up on my list of good proteins. It tastes great. It’s sweet, but not overly sweet and the flavor itself is rich and full. Maybe the biggest downside is that the powder is very fine grained. It’s not quite as fine as flour, but it does get a little clumpy sometimes. I found that shaking the scoop a little bit makes it come out easier. At the same time, it’s not so fine that you get any flyaways or fine powder floating out of the shaker cup once you dump it in. So all in all, it’s functional and enough to remove half a star. The nutrition profile of this powder is pretty good. It’s 71% protein by calories which is something like an A- in my mind for a whey mix. At the same time, if you’re using this for a meal replacement, it’s a pretty good breakdown and might only need a little bit of extra carb to supplement what you’re having. There’s a good amount of leucine so I can’t really complain about the nutrition profile especially with some of the other included extras. Overall, this is an easy protein to take, and no gas or any ill effects. 4.5 rounded up to 5 stars.

   I am not a health nut,, I am not a power lifter.. I am a senior, and active senior, and I just love this vanilla whey protein. So far I have had it plain, with a bit of milk, delicious, almost like an instant smoothie. I have used it in my morning oatmeal.. I do refrigerator oatmeal and this adds a tiny hint of vanilla and a little sweet. Plus I am getting a little extra protein. The seller says this provides 21 grams of protein with every scoop (included). Another great way to have this whey protein is with your yogurt. It would go with just about any flavor. Overall, I am really thrilled with this.

    This way, protein mix is probably the best tasting one that I’ve tried. Pros- I mix this with almond milk and blend it well. It gets very frothy and tastes absolutely delicious. The drink has a nice sweetness without being overly so. No grittiness or aftertaste that I noticed at all. (I am accustomed to Monk fruit sweetener). I typically drink this post workout and it seems to help curb my appetite. Lots of benefits and a whopping 21g of protein. Cons- I did have to do a lot of digging to finally find the included scoop near the bottom.

    Out of various protein powders I’ve tried this is probably the blandest, most basic brand I’ve tried in some time. 30 years ago this might have been considered pretty good but by today’s standards and so much competition out there I wouldn’t spend your money on this. It’s got a watery consistency and they don’t even specificy how many ounces of water per scoop (I tried 8 ounces). The whey protein flavor comes through since the vanilla flavor and other ingredients do a terrible job of masking that whey flavor and lingering aftertaste.
