I am a huge fan of Mt Capra’s line of Goat Milk based protein powders and products. This is no expceitopn there are a bunch of berries in every serving and I love the taste of this. They whey guarantees some fast protein and the berries are just what I needed to relive boredom with Vanilla or Chocolate flavors. I have also doubled up the serving and used it as a great workout recovery protein and then followed it up with the long lasting casein protein in CAProtein to keep the muscle nourishment going in to the nighttime so I can build muscle in my sleep! Everything they make has such a great taste. For those that do not enjoy goat products that taste to “goaty” have no fear! Mt Capra products are mild and tbh I dont really notice goat flavor hardly at all. In fact..I have come to like it after being squeamish about it for years1! Thank you Mt Capra for amazing nutritious products. It all comes from a multigenerational family farm, and you can tell. Love in every glass!
