   I’ve taken many supplements. This one is by far the best. You actually only need one scoop during the most important meal of the day, breakfast. I use 12oz of almond milk. 1 raw egg. A little ice cream for added flavor. 1 hunk scoop of this stuff. It truly works great. So far I’ve gained a little over 10 pounds with one jug. I will be ordering again eat heavily through the day.    The scoop provided isn’t anywhere close to the stated 165 grams that makes one serving. I tried scooping up as much as I could but no matter how many times I tried, I could only get to 120 grams. It would make more sense if they provided a scooper that provided 82.5 grams and just change the label to read Serving Size: 2 scoops. I was going to rate the product 5 stars but I had to subtract a star because of the scooper size. Despite all these facts, it does taste great and mixes well.

   The product mixes well and tastes good. But it’s almost impossible to get one serving in the given scoop. Serving size is 165g, and the largest heaping scoop I could create was 145g. I’ve attached pictures. A level scoop weighed around 115g. So one serving is almost 1.5 level scoops. You might have to weigh every time you use it, especially if you are tracking calories. Take care of this while using the product.

   Thus stuff in double chocolate flavour is delightful and easily the tastiest protein I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it if your trying to gain some quality mass but the tub won’t last you long ya best bet is get the bigger tub or buy 2 of these 2kg ones. If you make this stuff with skimmed milk it’ll top out at 800ish kcals add this to a decent balanced diet and you will get bigger 😀

    This is a great product I like it a lot. The only problem I had is that I ordered this product on August 14th 2019. When I got it I checked it out and experation date said 07/18 MFD On 7/16. One year over experation. I contacted bestproteinpowder4women.net and got no reply. I threw it out and bought it online somewhere else.     The best gainer for the money on the market. I bought two tubs to get me through a month of solid gains as I notched up my calories to get some mass on. There are other mass gainers with more calories yes, but this gainer brings a different type of mass. Look at the ingredient list and you’ll see the difference.     I’ve tried multiple protein powders, but this one breaks up super well in water. Tastes just like a chocolate beverage and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated, heavy, or necessarily “full” afterwards. It’s an excellent choice for those such as myself who have a hard time consuming enough calories and protein during the day to see any sort of gains. The one major thing I’d like everyone to be aware of is this: ONE “HEAPING” SCOOP IS NOT A FULL SERVING. One “heaping” scoop is supposed to be 165g, but if you notice on the pictures, it’s roughly 120g. You will literally need to stack an additional 1/2-3/4 cup on top of the entire full cup and hope that no protein comes piling down off the sides in order to get close to a full serving. A better way to measure: ***Each 1/4 cup is 25g (so, 1/4 cup = 25g; 1/2 cup = 50g; 3/4 cup = 75g; 1 full cup = 100g)*** I take one full cup in the morning and sort of ballpark around 3/4 cups post-workout to ensure I’m getting the full serving. Just wanted to give people a heads up, especially if you’re trying to keep track of these sort of things.

    So I found out that my review is being hidden so 1 star. -I ordered the 10 lb bag. Opening it wasn’t a problem as some have mentioned. Slide the e zipper open and make one small incision on the seal, and tear. The seal has these lines that help the tearing direction. -Taste. I ordered chocolate, I can say that it taste exactly like a chocolate milk shake. I can see how this could bother some who don’t like sweets. I also use a ninja blender as opposed to a shaker bottle, creates a foamy-light texture. -Serving suggestions By far the biggest complaint I have is the serving size. “1 heaping scoop (165g)” see attached pictures. The largest scoop I could create was still considerably short by about 10%, and a modest scoop was short almost 33%. Infact, to get 165g of this powder you will have to fill a ninja bottle almost entirely(pictured above). And if you follow the directions, by mixing it with 16oz liquid, your mix will surely be too thicc.

    They came on time, and the products are as expected… will be updating after a month of using… so far so good! UPDATE- PICTURES ARE ADDED! DEFINITELY ADD PRO GAINER TO “YOUR BETTER YOU” JOURNEY…. HUSBANDS BEFORE AND AFTER AND HES TAKEN IT DAILY. He likes it and even has recommended it to his brother! It doesn’t mess with his stomach, and didn’t affect him in anyway. He has stuck with it every day. Now, I’m not saying this one product made all this happen in a short time there was tons of consistency here! But, he needed the pro gainer to fit in his extra protein/calorie intake of course working 12+hours and hitting the gym and being husband/dad… he had to keep his pro gainer stocked! So, if you are this person yes buy! Definitely get 2 at a time so you don’t have to break your routine waiting for your next shipment or be sure to remember to place your refills but… hence if your reading this far you too are a busy person too and needs the 2 at a time!

    I don’t doubt the product. The 3 stars is for the frustration of trying to open it without destroying the resealable ziplock, which still was partially ripped. Vacuum sealed is one thing, but over doing it is another.

    So I’m 25 years old 6 ft and 173 pounds and I have been trying to put on some muscle mass for some time now but I realized I don’t eat enough carbs daily since I’m so busy as a student so I decided to try a gainer, originally I got the traditional gainer with 250 carbs and quickly realized that would just make me overweight since I’m not trying to put on “Serious mass” just another 5-10 pounds of muscle is what I’m looking for. I’m very picky with protein because some whey proteins give me a itchy sensation in my throat after taking it and this mix did not give me that feeling so that’s a plus, it also mixed very well compared to serious mass, and tastes loads better too! I will be updating this review a couple months from now with my results but as for now, so far so good! Also may note my bag was manufactured January 2019 unlike a lot of these other reviews are 2-4 years old now I thought I’d give a more recent experience of the product!
