   I have been a body builder for many decades. I know about nutrition and I did my research on protein as a supplement for my vegetarian diet. All I ever heard in the gym was vegetarians do not build muscles, you need red meat and lots of it to build muscle mass. Well I am here to tell you the is a lot of bull! Speaking of bulls, they like elephants are herbivores no meat here and they are strong and muscular. The protein in this whey powder is an excellent blend of the most important protein you need to sustain life and maintain great health. I have been using Gold Standard for decades.    It’s got its good and bad times. Sometimes it works well with my stomach and sometimes it doesn’t. With me it’s very inconsistent. I feel bloated and generally unwell when I take this product. It seems to only be a few ones on the market. Find what works for you. Everyone is different. Flavor is good but I must say. If you use it for a long period of time it’s a good idea to have a few different flavors. There will come a day when you want to puke sipping down chocolate flavored protein powder
