Great source of protein in a small shot with minimized calories. The loss of stars is for the taste, I purchased the watermelon flavor, and it is extremely sweet. So much so it’s a bit tough to stomach it especially first thing in the morning, efforts to dilute it are a useless I tried to mix it into a smoothie, and it overpowered everything else. It’s thick and sweet with a syrup consistency so I would keep that in mind before purchasing.
