Primo acquisto per me di questo tipo di prodotto, approfittando del Prime Day pagato poco più di €17, Cioccolato e arachidi un gusto ottimo che non stucca, ho acquistato anche lo shaker della solita linea con la palla all’interno e devo dire che utilizzandolo con il suo prodotto non fa i grumi di cui si parla nelle altre recensioni, forse i grumi vengono se non viene utilizzato uno shaker con la palla apposita per mescolare il tutto…
Faccio una porzione di questo prodotto prima o dopo di andare a correre e sembra che mi aiuti con il recupero muscolare, lo proverò anche per la MTB.
Come sostituto del pasto, nel mio caso colazione o pranzo, mi permette di arrivare al pasto successivo senza sacrificio o attacchi di fame.
In sintesi per me è un prodotto ottimo e lo ricomprerei sicuramente.
