Great quality I expect from Nutricost brand. These are great to have on hand for cooking or baking. I also like to add a little to my scrambled eggs for extra protein. I would recommend!

I’ve grown to trust the Nutricost brand, I find their products are tasty, and cost effective. This one however, is only tasty…it is really expensive. Even with the current high cost of eggs, I could just go get a couple dozen eggs for FAR cheaper than this. The nice part is it lasts a long time, and you can use it as a substitute for baking. I just can’t justify spending this much for dried whites instead of just using fresh egg whites.

I like to always add extra protein when I make Pancakes/Waffles/French Toast for breakfast so that it isn’t completely unhealthy. Previously I have used unflavored Whey and Unflavored Rice Protein. I like this one a lot due to it’s high protein content per spoonful so I can add a few to the batter and it isn’t noticeable. The cost per serving is high compared to others but egg white protein is a better/cleaner option. I did not care for the smell which wasn’t great (not awful either, just not good lol). Overall a good option for what I use it for!
