   This organic pea protein by Nutricost Organic gives me an extra boost of protein that I’ve been needing. I am a vegetarian and workout daily and this is an awesome supplement that can be used in a variety of ways. I am very new to using protein powders, but it didn’t take me long to make some tasty smoothies with this pea protein. I could not detect the protein was even in the fruit and Greek yogurt smoothie I made. I have also mixed this in my morning coffee and I could not taste anything different in my coffee but it did leave behind a chalky substance at the bottom of my cup. My coffee also smelled a little different, but nothing unappetizing. I have learned to really mix this protein powder very well into anything I use it in which reduces any grittiness left behind. I am only using a half of a scoop of this powder in every serving because I have a sensitive stomach so I wanted to ease into getting used to this. So far I haven’t experienced any stomach upset. This 3 pound container is going to last me forever even though it does expire in November 2027. This is a great value for your money, in my opinion.
