   Is egg white protein mixes really well and has no actual taste. I really like that I can add this to my protein shakes or other types of meals. This definitely makes it easy to get that extra protein. I have mixed it in a shaker cup and it mixes really well. I have also added it to pancake mix and it blends right in overall this is a great product.

   This is a great, convenient product. I’ve used egg white powder in baking, making pancakes, and I’ve also reconstituted it in water to make egg white omelettes. It works and tastes great because it’s simply made of egg whites. No off flavors, mixed just fine.

   This is definitely a bit pricey, and not always the most affordable protein option, but I love having some egg protein to add to my shake. Given that I can’t do whey, I tend too add some egg to one of my plant protein sources and it works really well for me. This stuff is great, it’s flavorless and easy to add as a supplement to another shake. I personally wouldn’t drink this stuff straight by itself, but it’s a fantastic addition to another shake with some flavoring.

   Flys around almost like static and easy to spill and make a mess. Doesn’t dissolve well either. But flavor is minimal and protein content to calories is good. Not something I’d get again.

   I am trying to up my protein intake, so when I saw this egg white protein, I figured I’d give it a shot. The first thing I would say is do not put it directly in water, especially cold. Use literally any other liquid, or maybe a smoothie or something. In cold water, it didn’t dissolve easily at all. I had to bring in my milk frother, and it still didn’t really want to mix, rather than just making little clumps. Eventually I got it going, and then it tasted exactly how you might think egg whites in water would taste. Not good.

   On a smarter occasion, I threw a scoop into a strawberry smoothie I was making. That worked much better. The thicker liquid seemed to help the powder suspend a lot better, and there really wasn’t a taste difference in the smoothie either. Outside of the flavor, the only ingredient is egg whites, and the nutritional information is pretty decent and comparable to other powdered egg whites. It seems like this is a pretty good product for getting some extra protein in without actually frying some up or using other protein powders.

   This is a pretty straight forward product, and the execution is good. It’s egg whites.
   The texture of the powder is much more powdery than a traditional protein powder, and it takes a bit to get it to dissolve well.
   This is a great alternative to separating your yolks and whites yourself – I’ve tried it in the past and never could find a great way to use the yolks, and I’d end up wasting them.
   Smells and tastes like egg whites, very mild.

   This is a protein powder that can be added to anything and it won’t affect the taste. It was easy to use, dissolved ok and has a good amount of protein. That said, it is way more cost effective to get your protein from actual eggs. This container has the protein equivalent of 30 eggs, which, yes, are expensive right now, but nowhere near the cost for this jar of powder.
