   We’ve been using collagen powders for several months in our morning coffee. This one has a stronger taste than I’m accustomed to and also leaves a residue in the cup when using creamer. It does not dissolve as easily as other powders we’ve used. With other powders, I noticed an effect after a few days via stronger nails and less joint aches. I haven’t had those results with this powder. It is also concerning that there is some discoloration of the powder after it being open for a few days. It hasn’t been that long since I’ve been using this, so the jury is still out. Right now, this isn’t checking the boxes that I expected.

   This collagen powder is on par with others Ive tried. Similar unpleasant flavor when I mixed with my coffee. Congealed after sitting for a while. I was sad to have ruined my morning cup of coffee. But that is just par for the course with collagen powder. I think next time I will blend with Greek yogurt to see if that is better or blend in a protein shake. If you like smoothies that would probably be the way to go. This product is about function not flavor. I can’t speak to the results yet as I’d need to take for a least three months consistently before being able to discern any effects.

    This an effective supplement product, it is a 486g size container of unflavored multi-collagen protein complex + biotin powder from the brand Nutricost. The powder inside is easy to use, it is a non-gmo & gluten free that mixes easily with water, juice, tea, any beverage or meal as it is unflavored & colorless. The formula is a great mix of supplements that contain collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, calcium, protein biotin & vitamins. I mix 1 scoop of powder into my morning coffee or tea which there are 30 servings per container, it’s a great source to improve your body’s hair, skin & nail care. I mixed 1 scoop as directed into my morning coffee with breakfast & it is unflavored the power however it did make it feel chalky tho there were no clumps inside, so perhaps for small to medium sized cups is best to do a half scoop & then another half scoop with a different beverage later in the day to meet the daily supplement intake. The current price listed is a very fair price for this product, great for both men & woman.
