   This is one of the proteins I use virtually every day when I make a protein and fruit shake for myself at lunchtime. (I have Crohn’s disease — a serious digestive illness — and therefore have ongoing low protein levels.) It is pure, as it says (or at any rate, certainly looks pure), it’s a good, light consistency and mixes very well with juice, pureed fruit, other powdered proteins, etc. I use a lot of Now brand products and have found all of them to be of high quality.

   I have struggled figuring out how to use this protein. Anything I put it in that I cook it makes everything rubbery. Would not buy again.
