I love that this is one ingredient. It’s easy on my stomach and honestly reminds me of a peanut butter-ish flavor if you add some sweetener. I mixed 4 TBSP with 8oz unsweetened almond milk, a few handfuls of ice and one Truvia packet. Great protein/calorie ratio. The only critique is the packaging. I had to dump it into a plastic storage container because the packaging it came in would not seal closed. I’m okay with that bc I’d rather pay less than have nicer packaging.

Cons: taste is off compared to 3 other brands, it’s a grey color and not greenish, there’s sodium content but no labeled added ingredients.
I’ve tried a couple of bags to see if it was a fluke but alas, it was not.
