夫がやたらと「疲れた」と口にするようになったので、以前自分がアルギニン＆オルニチンを飲んだとき疲れがすっと取れたことを思い出し、オルニチンは肝臓にもよかったはずということで毎日～3日おきくらいに料理に入れるようにしてみました。カプセル1個分くらいですが、それでも効果覿面のようで、最近は「疲れた」と言わなくなりました。Nowからはカプセルのものも出ていて、粉事態は結構独特な味がする（1回ほんの少しコーヒーに入れてみて味の変化に驚きました）ので、水と一緒に飲むのであればカプセルタイプがお勧めです。料理に入れたり味の濃い何かに入れるというのであればこちらの方がコスパはいいのでお勧めです。

Check google scholar you will see the study on this. It really makes me feel so strong the next day. Careful, too much ornithine boosts HGH too much so reduce dose if you are not getting 8hrs sleep.
The ALCAR requires choline to work so get some citicoline.
