スポーツジムでエクササイズをはじめて4年目です。血糖値が高くなったことがスポーツクラブに通うようになった動機です。サプリメントは「からだ燃える」と「燃やしま専科」をトレーニング中に飲んできました。それ以外は一度プロテインを購入して飲んだことも有りましたが、あまり効itいているとは思えずやめております。最近名古屋大学の下村先生の論文を読んで、へー！！糖代謝にも影響があるんだとわかり、それ以来BCAAを飲んでいます。2ヶ月程ですが、まだあまり効果があったかどうかは表れていません。もう少し続けてみたいと思っています。
さてさて、それはいいとしても、このBCAAパウダーはそのまま飲みますと激まず！！です。また、なかなか水に溶けません。そこで、「燃やしま専科」を付属の小さじ1杯半を掬って、500ｍｌの携帯容器に入れて（一杯で約５-7グラム見当）、BCAAパウダーを小さじ１杯入れ、水400ｍｌぐらいと氷を３個程入れ、10回か15回ぐらいカシャカシャします。溶けていないとBCAAのドロリとしたかたまりが口に入って思わず、ゥ〜まずい、となってしまいますのでご注意を。 下村先生の論文は –> […]下村.pdf
