   Very weak coffee flavor. Better to just add some instant coffee to the vanilla one. When I received in the mail, canister was bent and powder was all over.

   I have been using Spirutein since it first came out, almost 30 years ago! Haven’t bought any for a couple of years so recently bought three cans from bestproteinpowder4women.net, including this 2 lb. can of cappuccino – my favorite for years! I am disabled and unwell, now quarantined due to this covid vir us thing, so I was really looking forward to getting my Spirutein!
   WEll! UGH! The so-called cappuccino has NO FLAVOUR at ALL! It is awful! I am SO disappointed! Why would the company do this? Haven’t they heard the daying: if it works – don’t fix it!

   This is a really nice coffee/ cappuccino flavor. This is one of the few products that has not changed their formula over the years. I feel like this is a high quality shake that you can mixed with water or milk, I mix it with almond milk and it tastes great. Also dissolves well and is not gritty like some other powdered shakes. I really hope they keep this on the market, it seems harder to find these days but happy to purchase it on bestproteinpowder4women.net.

   Tried it w/8 on unsweetened almond milk and a bit of truvia. It’s tasty and I feel like it has some cinnamon undertones. Not too much coffee flavor for me, but if you wanted to I’m sure you could mix with fresh brewed (probably cooled) or add a packet of instant if you really want a more pronounced coffee flavor.

    Ok Ive entered a almost all liquid diet drinking these for breakfast and dinner It does keep me full at 1st it makes you really gases and hungry a couple hours late but once you get use to it about a week it makes your tummy feel great I love the taste tho for this one I have to add a teaspoon of sugar to make it taste like cappuccino but this is one of my favs I mix really well with fork in the shaker then shake hard then place in the freezer for 20mins it is so good ive lost 10lbs and don’t really feel like eating much any more id rather have my shakes.
